Gonzalez Byass recovers the tradition of making Red Vermouth from historical recipes preserved in the archives of the winery since 1896.
Made from noble screeds Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez, along with a careful selection of 8 botanists: Wormwood, Savory, Clove, Orange, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Angelica and Quina.
Deep aroma which highlights spicy notes of clove and cinnamon merge into an elegant bitter finish.
In the mouth softness and elegance, recalling his jerezano origin. A perfect place to recover the classic "time Vermouth" appetizer.
