The Brandy of Jerez Carlos I Imperial, Solera Gran Reserva de Jerez. Produced from selected and distilled holandas at a maximum alcoholic strength of 70% vol. These holandas come in turn from wines which have undergone exhaustive quality control prior to distillation in discontinuous production alquitaries and continuous distillation columns. This brandy is aged for more than 15 years in American oak barrels of 500 liters capacity that have been previously aged for years with Sherry wine. The aging is carried out by the system of vintages and by the traditional system of criaderas and soleras, obtaining thus the typical characteristics of this brandy.From intense amber to brilliant mahogany. Its aroma is fine and elegant, rich in nuances of long aging in wood, ethereal and clean. In the mouth it is full, very balanced, soft, intense and persistent. Graduation: 40% Vol.
