Moscatel Zuleta, a mistela based on musts of the Moscatel variety, whose grapes come from vineyards near the coast, where this variety adapts perfectly to more sandy soil. From the Moscatel 100% variety, it is a natural sweet wine in which the alcoholic fermentation has been minimal to preserve the primary aromas of the Moscatel. Subsequently it is subjected to oxidative aging for about 3-4 years using the system of Soleras and Criaderas in boots of American oak.
