Elaboration: any sherry grows up across a system of different boots called crossbeam. The sherry takes the only characteristic as the one that takes the properties of the wine with more oldness once combined with this one. The big sacks of wine for expedition come from the crossbeam, and this one the same quantity has to be replaced with wine more young person from the first criadera. In turn, this one will be replaced with that of the second criadera, which will be refilled by wine of the so called year "sobretabla". Thus, every boot of wine is "sprayed" at least three times a year. No other wine is combined thus. They are late at least four years in reaching the necessary age in the crossbeam in order that the wine is sent to the bottling.

Grape: 100 % thin Dove. Classic fragrant of Sherry, with a marked aroma thanks to his(her,your) upbringing exclusively oxidativa. His(her,your) crossbeam was founded in 1918.
Aspect: color topaz.
Aroma: his(her,your) long upbringing grants an elegant and complex aroma to him(her).
I please: in mouth it(he) is full and with body. He(she) has a good time of an intense and long end. 
Alcoholic graduation: 19 % Vol.
Temperature of service: to serve some 13ºC.
