The Maestro Sierra Amontillado is the result of two different upbringings. First white wine led to 15º undergoes biological aging under the veil flower for five years. Then alcohol is added to 17 ° and the wine starts phase oxidative fifteen years by the method of screeds. Light amber highlights an aroma of hardwood and hazelnuts, reminiscent of its unique biological aging. The palate is silky, complex and suggestive wine with balanced acidity and a long taste.

Quantity

The initial pale straw colour turns into a lovely amber, new aromas of vanilla and nuts arise and it becomes round and smooth on the palate. At twelve years of age and 18º alcohol content these new organoleptic characteristics acquired in the long ageing process come to the fore. Serve at approx. 14ºC with poultry, blue fish and mature cheese.
