Dark amber and bright. Warm and powerful nutty aromas, toasted, spicy and balsamic notes, tobacco and leather souvenirs. In the mouth it is resounding and at the same time velvety to the palate. Great persistence and complex aromas retronasal to noble woods.
Suitable to accompany red meats, game and especially gelatinous meats like tail of bull or cheek. Exceptional combination with mushrooms or very old cheeses. Serve fresh, between 12 and 14º C.
