RED WINE FINCA RIO NEGRO 5 YEAR 75 CL.
It is a red wine made from the Tempranillo (65%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (35%) varieties by Finca Río Negro in Cogolludo (Guadalaja - Castilla La Mancha). Aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels.
Finca Río Negro 5 Year is an excellent premium wine with very interesting organoleptic characteristics. Very intense and elegant aromas of black fruit and spices worthy of being tasted.
The varieties were harvested in October 2012 in the best vineyards of the estate. This harvest was made manually in boxes of 18 kg. The soil on which the varieties settle is of clay loam type with boulders and very poor in nutrients, which benefits the quality of the fruit.
In the winery a fermentation was carried out in French oak wood vats and an 18-day maceration. Subsequently, the wine is aged in barrels and bottles and finally sold.
