Payments from white grapes that are obtained to make the Viñas del Vero White Macabeo-Chardonnay were planted between 1988 and 2000. They have an altitude between 350 and 450 meters above sea level and north-south orientation. The soils are frank Miocene and sandy loam with plenty stoniness.
The harvest of these two white varieties was conducted in late August and early September. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out 10 to 15 days at a temperature of 18 ° C in stainless steel tanks. The clarification was made with bentonites, then filtered over land before entering the stabilization process.
