SHERRY WINES CREAM / PEDRO XIMENEZ
Cream is a fortified liqueur wine from Marco de Jerez and Condado de Huelva, obtained from a mixture of dry wine and sweet wine.
Amber in color, sweet smell reminiscent of raisins and very sweet black grapes, the taste is sweet and creamy on the palate - hence Cream. This wine is slightly less sweet than Pedro Ximénez and somewhat more alcoholic than the latter, which is why it is used to accompany dessert, cakes, creams or ice cream.
