Volatile acidity: lower than 0,60 gr./l Total acidity: understood(included) between(among) 4,70 and 5,10. Sulphurous total: lower than 35 mg./l. Color: Amber. Bouquet: Powerful in mouth and good constituted with valuable sweetness and good balance of sensations of you happen(pass) and dried fruits. CONSERVATION AND CONSUMPTION:
The ideal temperature of service of the Cream is of 13 º C. Also it(he) can be consumed as appetizer, like coctail served with ice and a track of orange.
