Fernando de Castilla Classic Oloroso is a fortified wine elaborated by the cellar King Ferdinand of Castile in the D.O. Sherry.
The winery is located in the center of Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz). It is a centuries-old winery that in recent years has opted for the young fortified wines -Gama Classic- and old wines from very old cellars of the cellar -Gama Antique-.
In this case we have an Oloroso Classic range. A wine made with the Palomino Fino grape that heads at 18º to start a slow oxidation of wine with air. It is introduced in the system of criaderas and soleras where it is raised for more than 5 years.
