Liquor Pacharan Etxeko 1l.
This pacharan is the result of the maceration of sloes with alcohol. Our sloes come mostly from Navarra plantations controlled directly by the Pacharán Navarro Regulatory Council. The alcohol comes from the beet molasses of the best quality.
From the maceration, which will last approximately 2 months depending on the evolution of the bluish fruit with alcohol in both color and tasting, sugar and anise are added.
The resulting mixture is filtered up to 5 times to remove impurities and obtain a homogenous mixture to the taste of the consumer.
This pacharan is made by adding the components based on the traditional recipe of the Belasco Family
