The star product of the distillery has always been the Great Pico Cacao Liqueur, elaborated in a totally handmade way from Venezuelan and Ecuadorian Creole cacao beans of first quality and especially aromatic. Cacao Pico is ideal to take ice cream, cold with ice, in cocktails or as a basic ingredient in the PASTRY. Also numerous cocktails made with CP have been awarded throughout history in different mixology competitions, from the well-known Alexander with brandy or with Gin and Cacao Pico to the liquindoi cocktail winner of the La Pepa bicentennial contest in Cádiz 2012 As well as prizes received by Cacao Pico in national and international fairs like Le salon Saveur in Paris, being named 2 consecutive years the best liquor of the fair.
