They can be tasted alone or with other artisan products or qualified as gourmet.
The fish comes from the main fish markets in which a fresh fish of suitable size and quality is selected.
Already in the factory they begin with the artisanal elaboration of salting salting.
Carefully care all their evolution to achieve the highest quality. After completing the ripening time, they elaborate the anchovies one by one using the hand-blended method, which means a lot of work and therefore a higher cost, but they achieve unparalleled anchovy quality.
