VINO BLANCO FINCA VALIÑAS 75 CL
Vinification: The yolk moss made the fermentation in carefully selected French and American oak barrels in which it remained six months with its lees to gain in nuances and aromas. The wine, once bottled, remained in the cellar for a few months to integrate all the aromas and peculiarities that make it unique and special.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color with olive irisations. Very varietal nose with fresh notes of ripe grapes, citrus and tones of nuts, honey and smoked. Its passage through the mouth is broad, structured and sweet. It emphasizes its marine and saline character with creamy and spicy notes of flowers and grapefruit. Its good acidity and character augur a wine longevo and with a great development in the next years.
