VINEGAR sherry BOTAVIN 5 LITERS
Vinegar coming from the acceptance of sherry wines and breeding of 6 months in American oak barrels. Its acetic grade is 7º.
It is made using the SISTEMA DE SOLERA, a traditional method used to raise the wines of Jerez. With first-line oysters, supplied with selected wines in the area of Jerez, and the Solera de Aging, where the vinegar acquires its typical characteristics of color and flavor, after the traditional process of aging in barrels of oak.
