The plots are located about 800 meters above sea level, The climate is cold in winter - frost is frequent - and mild and dry in summer. The harvest is done manually and after arriving at the winery, the grains ferment alcoholically at 25º temperature for 10 days.
Martín Berdugo Barrica grapes later produce a malolactic fermentation of 15 to 20 days in stainless steel tanks. Ultimately, Martin Berdugo Barrica ages for four months in American oak barrels and rests, finally, another four months in the bottle before being marketed.
