Jaros 2013 red wine 75 cl bot.
Jaros is the estate wine cellar, as it is composed of a selection of all its vineyards. It is made mainly with Tempranillo with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. fruit traits rounded barrel aging, together with balsamic notes and minty own vineyards of Finca el Quiñón.
Fermentation for 12 days at 26ºC temperature. The time is post-fermentation maceration with the skins DE14 days.
Aging: 16 months in new barrels of French oak a year of 300 L.

Nose: nose develops aromas of forest berries on balsamic and mentholated nuances with spicy notes and fine wood.
Taste: The palate is broad, balanced and fruity with a lingering aftertaste.
