Oxidative aging of 6 months in new oak barrels and 18 months of minimum aging in the bottle.

Tasting Notes: Cherry red color, with garnet trim, clean and bright, well covered. The nose stands out, ripe red fruit with roasted nuances of aging in oak for six months. Structured, good step on the palate, meaty and with a broad finish, highlighting nuances of licorice.
