It is the result of a mixture of different distilleries in the Highlands, which is unusual. Its creator, Richard Patterson has made this whiskey resulting from the union of 16 malt whiskeys aged in barrels premium for 15 years and distilled in small batches.
Its name comes from the name that the British farmers chose to refer to whiskey. There was a time when farmers distilled their own whiskey ?? home ?? and, to avoid paying taxes, they kept in barrels marked with the name Sheep Dip ?? ?? (Disinfectant for sheep).
