Notes of Trying: Yellow straw with greenish reflections(reflexes), clean and brilliant. In nose it(he) is powerful and fresh, with aromas to banana and peach as well as fresh hay. In mouth it(he) is round and persistent, with notes of fruit of bone and a final typical bitterness of the variety from which it(he,she) comes.
Union: Fish, fresh shellfish and moderate(tepid) salads.
