Beronia Verdejo white wine 75 cl.
After careful selection of the best grapes Verdejo, we made an early harvest and subsequent fermentation to obtain an explosion of aromas with notes of fennel, grapefruit and stone fruit. Then we made a second harvest and fermentation at a lower temperature, seeking greater concentration and complexity in mouth. The resulting wine is a blend between the two working for a Beronia Rueda 2014, aromatic, fresh, tasty and complex in the mouth.
