The unmatured brandy of Residue "OTAOLA", craftsman is elaborated to the most traditional style, from Galician residue proceeding from the distillation of residues of white grapes. With this distillation the obtaining of alcohol is not claimed, but the careful and selective extraction of the aromas and flavors proceeding from the above mentioned residues, obtaining like proved an unmatured brandy of a very natural flavor; agreeable, digestive and pleasant.

Palate: Dulzón, with character of revealed, residue and grapes.

Bottle: Dry leaves of 100 Cl.
