  The grapes go through selection table.
  Winemaking
  It uses stainless steel tanks and concrete deposits with epoxy resin. For the more concentrated wines, of longer maceration, always use the concrete tanks. The cooling is scarce, exceptional in the cellar. They practice reassembling and pigeages (bazuqueos) according to the sensations that transmit the wines during the fermentation.
  Aging
  Breeding six months in American and French oak barrels.
