Elaboration: Advent is a natural sweet white wine that is obtained from the selective harvest of the best Xarel.lo clusters of the oldest vineyard on the L'Avella estate. Totally manual. The clusters are transported to an old haystack where they are hung individually in metal filaments and are pasted by dehydration and natural ventilation for a period of approximately 120 days to assume the desired concentration level of about 18%.

Tasting note: The aroma is powerful, evokes white flowers such as jasmine, apricot mint, bitter almond, and walnut. In the mouth it is fine and elegant, and its breadth is exceptional because the flavors remain equally complex, the fresh fruit and a soft creamy touch that impels a rare final persistence that never reaches the jelly.
