Fernando de Castilla Classic Fine in Rama is a fortified wine of the D.O. Jerez elaborated by the cellar King Ferdinand of Castile.
The winery is located in the center of Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz). It is a centuries-old winery that in recent years has opted for the young fortified wines and the Antique range, old wines from very old cellars of the winery.
Fernando de Castilla Classic Fine in Rama is made with the Palomino Fino grape. When the must is obtained it is headed at 15º so that the flower veil begins to grow. The wine is raised for 4 years under the system of criaderas and soleras and is bottled without filtering. They produce very few units since they are bottled only in two seasons, autumn and spring.
