HMR White is a white wine made by the winery Heretat Mont Rubí, located in the municipality of Font-Rubí north of the D.O. Penedés.
The winery and vineyard are situated between 520 and 700 meters above sea level. The vineyards are fused with deep forests of Mediterranean pine, coexisting in a wild environment with aromatic undergrowth. They elaborate wines with autochthonous varieties and mainly monovarietales.
The philosophy of the winery is to bet on a traditional viticulture, sustainable and respectful with the environment, seeking the balance of its strains with the environment, while incorporating the latest technologies. Once in the warehouse all the processes of elaboration are designed and controlled to intervene in the smallest measure possible, using minimum amounts of sulfites and using the own leagues of antioxidants.
