Fruit of the two typical breeding of Jerez, first biological, under flower veil and then oxidative. This unique process makes this wine complex and interesting, it grants the elegance of a fine and the rotundity of an odorous.
Beautiful amber color, bright and big teardrop. The nose is delicate and deep, with aromas of hazelnut shells, incense, vanilla and vegetable notes of aromatic herbs and black tobacco. Nice mouth-watering, balanced acidity and very dry finish to shredded wood and dried fruit.
Ideal to take with vegetables such as asparagus, artichokes or mushrooms. Accompaniment of soups and consommés, white meats or blue fish, particularly delicious with tuna fish. Serve fresh, between 12º and 14ºC.
