This Amontillado is a benchmark for good winemaking. Monovarietal of Palomino grape, has an aging process in American oak boots very enriched by the system of soleras, first as fine under the veil of flower and later and of longer form without him. This step, due to the large number of scales it has, causes a subtle evolution in its organoleptic characteristics.
Amber color with iodinated edges, elegant nose, complex, highly evolved, with hazelnut souvenirs and a very powerful, dry palate with a long persistence. Its more than forty years old and limited production, guarantee an exclusive quality.
